AURA

The Interstellar Planetary Coherence Astronomical Unification and Response Assembly (IPC-AURA or simply AURA) was an agency of the IPC that coordinated its various militaries, as well as the CUL. AURA was established near the beginning of the IPC in a highly controversial decision, necessitated by the presence of numerous individual militaries among member species.
